NOW HIRING: Experienced Tree Climber

Sound Tree Care LLC is actively hiring an experienced Arborist Climber to support our growing production crews across Seattle and the South Puget Sound region. This is a priority role within our operations, and we are specifically seeking a skilled, safety-focused climber capable of performing technical removals, rigging, and precision pruning as part of a structured and professional crew environment.

Operations Roles (Field Crew)

Our field operations are built around a structured 4-person crew model consisting of a Driver, Ground Crew, Climber, and Crew Lead. This system improves safety, efficiency, and communication on every job site while allowing each team member to specialize in their role and perform at a high professional standard.

As a production-focused tree care company, we prioritize safe workflow, proper rigging practices, and clean job execution. Climbers are supported by experienced ground staff and leadership, allowing them to focus on technical tree work rather than being overextended or rushed on complex jobs.

Arborist Roles

In addition to field operations, Sound Tree Care LLC performs professional arborist services including tree risk assessments, arborist reports, and consulting for residential and development projects. These roles support high-level decision making, client consultations, and technical tree evaluations aligned with ISA and ANSI A300 standards.
